I didn’t like last year’s song but it was horrible and sad to see some singer representing his country at Eurovision not get any points.
This was very humiliating for James Newman because such a thing should not be experienced by any contestant. But the new year is here and I think the UK has taken seriously that the song for Eurovision should be chosen much more seriously.
This year’s representative is Sam Ryder with the song Spaceman. First I want to emphasize that I really like Sam with his appearance, he seems very charismatic and this unusual look gives him some specificity. His voice is beautiful, especially in high tones, great falsetto. Sam can embarrass many world names with his voice. The song is very creative and very well thought out. It has all the elements of a world hit. The lyrics and music are perfectly composed and I liked it as soon as I heard it.
This is a song that should dominate the world’s radio stations. This is certainly the best song to represent the United Kingdom in the last 20 years. I really hope that the jury and the audience will recognize the quality of this song, that there will be no stereotypical voting. I am sure that Sam will sound great, I hope that he will create a staging that will be simple and carefully designed to achieve a good result.
Spaceman is the material for victory. Even if it doesn’t win, this song deserves to enter the top 5. I am very glad that the United Kingdom is very powerful after the debacle that never happened. Spaceman is one of my favorites to win and it would be a well-deserved win. I hope this will not be underestimated and that Sam Ryder will achieve a very successful result, at least in the top 5 but in my opinion, this is a candidate to win.
